Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models to achieve precise AI outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production systems
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously refine prompt strategies
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise-scale deployments
- Research and implement emerging prompt engineering techniques (few-shot learning, chain-of-thought)
- Translate complex business requirements into effective prompt architectures
- Monitor AI system performance and iterate prompts based on user feedback metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of prompt engineering or NLP experience with production-level LLMs
