Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive user experiences
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across multiple digital platforms
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven design iterations to optimize conversion rates
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business goals into intuitive user-centered solutions
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
