Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications using manual and automated tools
- Identify, document, and track defects with precision using JIRA and defect-tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Develop test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
- Validate UI/UX consistency across platforms and devices
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages
- Strong knowledge of bug-tracking systems and test management tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience testing cloud-based SaaS applications preferred
