Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and fully designed user interfaces using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that scales across multiple platforms and products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our products are usable by everyone.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders to secure buy-in and alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
