Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including usability testing, surveys, and persona development to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features.
- Design and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and justify creative decisions to the internal team and clients.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for usability, accessibility, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with the ability to create interactive prototypes.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process, from research to final delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Experience with user testing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
