Responsibilities
- Lead UX research, wireframing, and prototyping for complex digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience designing for mobile, web, and emerging technologies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive solutions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
