Responsibilities
- Execute user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on agile sprints
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Establish design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
