Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Design responsive interfaces for web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and design systems
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on design solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex digital product designs
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
