Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch for web/mobile applications
- Develop design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate on designs based on quantitative/qualitative insights
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement/conversion
