Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create intuitive UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD with a focus on accessibility and responsive systems
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain design documentation
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize user experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience collaborating with agile development teams and translating business requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
