Responsibilities
- Develop & Refine: Design, test, and iterate on complex prompts to maximize the performance of AI models like GPT-4, Claude, and Midjourney.
- Optimization: Analyze AI outputs to identify biases, inaccuracies, or hallucinations and implement strategies to improve accuracy.
- Creative Strategy: Create innovative prompt chains and workflows that solve specific business problems.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries and usage guidelines for internal teams.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with software developers and product managers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into our AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering, specifically with LLMs and generative AI tools.
