Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions with pixel-perfect execution
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Present design rationale to stakeholders using compelling visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with 3+ years in fintech or enterprise SaaS
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG guidelines
- Experience conducting A/B tests and translating data into design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design choices
