Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies for large language models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of prompt effectiveness using A/B methodologies
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt architectures and best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI research and translate findings into actionable improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and share prompt engineering knowledge across the organization
- Develop metrics to quantify prompt performance and drive continuous optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI fields
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or other LLM fine-tuning frameworks
- Strong background in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering implementations
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for AI models
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
