Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications
- Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform regression, smoke, and usability testing on new features and updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with hands-on manual and automation experience
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and database validation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation certification a plus
