Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to identify software defects
- Document test cases, results, and bugs using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Perform regression testing on new features and system updates
- Analyze test metrics to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automated tools
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) a plus
