Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategy
- Execute end-to-end UX design processes including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity UI designs and design systems using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct accessibility audits and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable design patterns
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
