Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements
- Document test results, bugs, and quality metrics using JIRA and Confluence
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes in staging environments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and defect tracking tools
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SQL and REST API testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industries highly desirable
