Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with technical constraints
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critique sessions
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies and business impact
- Experience with user research techniques (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proficiency in creating design systems and maintaining design consistency
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
