Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewall systems
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Resolve complex network outages with SLA-driven response times
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and wireless security protocols
- Document network topologies and update system documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Support cloud integrations including AWS and Azure networking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent expertise
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Fortinet solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and ping tools
- Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
