Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize business strategies
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain and improve data quality frameworks and governance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
