Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect UI components and design systems
- Create interactive prototypes and user flows for web and mobile applications
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation best practices
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in design systems, user research methodologies, and prototyping tools
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping software with animation capabilities
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Experience with user testing tools like Maze or Hotjar and analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
