Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and proactively resolve connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex network problems
- Collaborate with cloud services teams for hybrid infrastructure solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS/JUNOS and SD-WAN technologies
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with OSI model knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
