As a key member of our UX division, you'll collaborate with product managers and engineers to transform complex requirements into user-centered solutions. Our studio features modern prototyping tools, dedicated research labs, and a culture that champions design thinking and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, journey mapping, and information architecture
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Develop design documentation and style guides to maintain consistency across platforms
- Present design concepts to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex system design
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with strong visual design sensibilities
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience conducting user research including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio showcasing process work and final design outcomes
