Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal employees and clients via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Assist with network monitoring, security updates, and system backups
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issue resolution
- Participate in ongoing training modules for emerging technologies
- Support office IT infrastructure including printers, servers, and cloud services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/macOS environments
