Responsibilities
- Deploy and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper network infrastructure across 50+ client sites
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement SD-WAN solutions and VPN configurations for remote teams
- Document network topology and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cloud engineers to optimize hybrid cloud environments
- Provide Tier 3 support for network outages and security incidents
- Train clients on network best practices and security protocols
Qualifications
- CCNA/JNCIA certification with 3+ years enterprise networking experience
- Expertise in Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Palo Alto firewalls, and Fortinet
- Proficiency in Python for network automation (Ansible preferred)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) networking services
- Valid Hawaii driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
