Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across all digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with product teams
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience required)
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Proven experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex B2B and consumer-facing projects
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business goals into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
