Responsibilities
- Design & Optimize: Craft high-precision prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure accurate, context-aware, and high-quality outputs for various business applications.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Collaborate with data scientists to analyze model performance, identify failure points, and iterate on prompt structures to improve retrieval and generation accuracy.
- Prompt Libraries: Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive libraries of prompt templates and strategies for internal teams and external clients.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis on different prompt variations to determine optimal performance metrics.
- Integration: Work closely with software engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows directly into production pipelines and APIs.
- Training: Mentor junior engineers and content creators on best practices for prompt engineering and AI literacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Prompt Engineering, Content Strategy, or a related field within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and familiarity with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, or Llama.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is highly preferred for API integration and automation tasks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and iterative problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
