Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data warehousing initiatives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms and databases.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
