Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategies
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Lead usability testing sessions and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
