Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize complex network architectures (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
- Implement Cisco/Juniper hardware and virtual network solutions
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/Nagios tools
- Resolve critical outages and security incidents (SOC Level 2)
- Document network topology and compliance policies
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure integration
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto/Check Point firewalls
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure networking services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Valid NJ Security Clearance preferred
