Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Develop, refine, and optimize complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to ensure accurate, safe, and contextually relevant outputs.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI responses to identify hallucinations, biases, and performance gaps.
- Iterative Improvement: Use A/B testing methodologies to compare prompt variations and continuously improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates, style guides, and technical documentation for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists and Product Managers to integrate AI features into our core products effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Prompt Engineering, AI interaction design, or a related technical field.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of NLP concepts, transformer models, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python is highly preferred for scripting and automating prompt workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and creatively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex AI behavior and devise effective mitigation strategies.
