Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with high accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
- Perform regression testing on new releases and updates to prevent breaking changes.
- Communicate test results and risk assessments to stakeholders clearly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or related field.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with SQL and API testing tools (Postman) is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
