Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create comprehensive design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across web and mobile platforms
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions with pixel-perfect execution
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize conversion funnels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product design
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
