Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs using JIRA with high precision.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new updates do not break existing functionality.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve defects efficiently.
- Execute manual and automated testing scripts to validate user stories and requirements.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on software usability and performance issues.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing, preferably in a tech environment.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in testing web and mobile applications on various browsers and devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
