Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for enterprise-grade language models including GPT-4, Claude, and custom LLMs
- Develop innovative prompt engineering frameworks that improve model accuracy, safety, and contextual understanding
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt solutions into production AI systems and workflows
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to measure performance improvements against KPIs
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering or NLP role with measurable AI deployments
- Proven expertise with large language models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and prompt optimization frameworks
