Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure.
- Automation & CI/CD: Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) to streamline deployment processes.
- Containerization: Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to orchestrate microservices and ensure high availability.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Cost Optimization: Analyze cloud resource usage and implement strategies to optimize costs without compromising performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with DevOps and software development teams to define technical requirements and architectural strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC) or Azure (VMs, App Service, AKS).
- Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Tools: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert preferred.
