Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience with prototyping tools and design systems implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and user-centered approach
