Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and monitor SD-WAN solutions for enterprise clients
- Perform network vulnerability assessments and security hardening
- Document network topologies and create SOPs for operational procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture implementations
- Provide Tier 3 support during critical outages and planned maintenance
- Lead network migration projects for expanding client bases
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proficiency in Wireshark, SolarWinds, and network monitoring tools
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configurations
- Experience with AWS/Azure networking services
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment installation
- Valid Texas driver's license for client site visits
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field preferred
