Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and user personas.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups in Figma.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to translate designs into responsive, pixel-perfect code.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and the broader team.
- Optimize existing user flows and interfaces to improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- A strong, online portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
