Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation excellence
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and inform design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong visual design sensibility
- Proven experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform design patterns
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
