Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing across multiple browsers and devices
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for regression testing
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain and improve QA documentation including test cases and user guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation experience
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SQL for database testing and API testing tools (Postman)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
