Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD for web/mobile applications
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Conduct user interviews and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional user-centered design solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field
