Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced prompt strategies for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model outputs for enterprise use cases
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create reusable prompt templates for internal and client applications
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI research and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/NLP or related technical role with prompt engineering experience
- Expertise in GPT, LLaMA, or other transformer-based models
