Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect design systems
- Conduct user interviews and stakeholder workshops to uncover insights
- Create compelling design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers through regular critiques and feedback sessions
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize experiences
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design solutions
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
