Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Present design solutions to clients and executive stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years UX design experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
