Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation

- Establish design systems and maintain design consistency

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B/SaaS projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript
- Proven ability to work in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
