Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and monitor robust backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Configure and secure network devices, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Azure Administrator, or CCNA are highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
