What You'll Do:
• Own the lifecycle management of our hybrid cloud environment (AWS and Azure).
• Implement and enforce enterprise-level security protocols and compliance standards.
• Automate complex workflows and deployment pipelines using scripting languages.
• Lead high-impact troubleshooting for critical network and system outages.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and development teams to optimize performance.
• Mentor junior administrators and conduct technical training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Linux, Windows Server).
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Automate routine tasks and infrastructure provisioning using Python, Bash, and Ansible.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex network and system issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery drills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Deep expertise in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and configuration management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
