Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily IT operations, including server maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Lead cloud migration projects using Azure or AWS.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular backups to ensure data integrity.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to internal staff.
- Document technical processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Azure Admin are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
