Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure system compliance with industry standards
- Monitor network performance and resolve technical issues proactively
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting (PowerShell/Python)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services
- Document system configurations and maintenance procedures
- Provide tier-3 support and mentor junior IT staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering Windows Server and Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
